NEHEMIAH 12:43

When is the last time you laughed so hard and has so much fun it almost hurt?

That is the scene I imagine when I read Nehemiah 12:43

And they offered great sacrifices that day and rejoiced, for God had made them rejoice with great joy; the women and children also rejoiced. And the joy of Jerusalem was heard far away.

There is great joy and it is heard from a long ways away. I wish that is what the church and all christians were like. That it is so much fun it’s contagious and make people envious. I want to be that kind of christian. I want my family and house to be that way.

God, help us to obey you and give us great joy in doing so!
