Weekly Prayer – Wednesday

On Wednesdays I pray for friends, particularly believing friends since I pray for unbelieving friends on Monday. Most of these are close friends that I see or talk to on a weekly or monthly basis. Remember to make a note card for each friend you want to pray for. If you have room, write out the verses you want to pray for them on the note card. Here are some prayers and promises you can pray for your friends:

• Growth in their walk with Christ (Galatians 2:20)
• Direction in life decisions (Ecclesiastes 3:11)
• Encouragement in your relationship with them (Philippians 2:1-6)
• Perseverance through trials (Philippians 4:6-7)
• Trusting God’s plan for their life (Matthew 6:33)
• Flee from sin (Micah 6:8)
• Other specific requests (health, relationship, jobs, etc…)
